NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

MAY 3rd 2010

To the Members of Brentwood Bay Power and Sail Squadron. April 3rd 2010.

Attached is the Agenda for Brentwood Bays Annual General Meeting at the Waddling Dog Inn.

Your Squadron is doing exceptionally well in Vancouver Island South District and across Canada. We are
moving ahead, achieving goals that some squadrons are working towards. It is through your Squadron
Executive that we are moving forward. I encourage you one and all to come to our Spring Boating
Course Graduation / Annual General Meeting, Our Executive Bridge is growing and evolving into
something that other squadrons are working hard to attain.

To put it another way, “we have one smoking hot executive at Brentwood Bay”.

It has been my privilege to work with each and every one of them this past term.

As we go into our next year 2010/2011, I can only encourage you the membership to come out and
support your Bridge that puts in endless hours to make this Squadron a Squadron to be proud of.

I hope to see you one and all on the 3rd of May.

Len Burton
Commander.
